Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior IT Development Lead to steer the design, development, and delivery of enterprise software across global teams, ensuring scalable, secure solutions aligned with architectural standards. The role emphasizes Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have deep Microsoft stack expertise (C#, .NET, ASP.NET), Azure cloud, and strong leadership experience mentoring developers while delivering complex missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on the Microsoft technology stack.
• Proven experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum-based software delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams in the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise applications.
• Serve as a technical leader responsible for application architecture, integration strategies, and adoption of development best practices.
• Drive the development and maintenance of applications, including coding, testing, debugging, deployment, and production support activities.
• Establish priorities, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives and IT strategy.
• Guide the adoption of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code methodologies.
• Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver effective technology solutions.
