Job summary

TechFlow Inc in Montgomery, AL, seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a mission-critical DoD software development and modernization program. You will be the primary interface with government stakeholders, provide strategic direction, and oversee a multidisciplinary Agile team to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and a track record in DoD programs, with experience in SWP, CPARS, DevSecOps, and secure software engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years managing DoD software development programs.
• PMP or equivalent program management certification.
• Demonstrated experience leading Agile software development programs.
• Working knowledge of the DoD SWP (Software Acquisition Pathway).
• Experience with CPARS environment and contract performance assessments.
• Strong background in secure software development and DevSecOps.
• Excellent communication, leadership and customer relationship skills.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface between TechFlow and Government leadership (COR and stakeholders).
• Provide overall leadership and direction for all contract personnel.
• Manage program execution to meet technical, cost, schedule, quality and performance objectives.
• Lead planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and performance monitoring across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee delivery of secure, scalable software solutions using Agile and DevSecOps practices.
• Guide execution within the DoD SWP to align with customer objectives and acquisition strategy.
• Foster collaboration across software engineering, cloud, database, testing and PM functions.
• Monitor program performance metrics, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, cybersecurity standards and DoD policies.
• Prepare executive-level briefings, program status reports and customer communications.
• Support CPARS evaluations and maintain a strong record of successful execution.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and promote excellence.
