Job summary

General Motors Corporation seeks a Software Solution Lead Engineer for Low Voltage Infrastructure. You will drive requirements, design and verification across vehicle architectures, coordinating with controls, software, and hardware teams to deliver robust low voltage power management solutions.

You will lead BTS/SSTS development, apply BDD, and support SAFe planning while advancing vehicle electrification and software-defined vehicle concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional breakdown, requirements development, and failure analysis for low voltage power management subsystems.
• Create and maintain functional/non-functional requirements in SSTS and BTS using BDD methods.
• Direct subsystem design with uniform solutions across vehicle architectures and coordinate with systems/hardware teams.
• Lead triad meetings to develop requirements and test cases for quality software.
• Support Scrum team with decomposition and understanding of requirements.
