Job summary

Neurophos is seeking an SoC Lead to own the integration of the full chip or major module for a bandwidth-challenged system built around photonics and AI compute. You will collaborate with System Architects, RTL, physical design, and verification leads to balance tradeoffs, drive DFT, power, timing, and interconnect choices, and help scale the design org by mentoring engineers.

This onsite role requires leadership across multiple domains and a hands-on approach from design to tape-out, enabling

Qualifications

• Principal-level technical leadership with multiple full-chip tapeouts.
• Breadth across CPU design or high-speed interconnect/data-fabric.
• Experience with advanced process nodes and large subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of the full chip or major module and top-level flows.
• Make cross-domain decisions spanning system functionality, DFT, power, timing, and interconnect.
• Collaborate with architecture, RTL, physical design, verification, and DFT.
• Mentor engineers and help scale the design organization.
• Represent chip-level architecture for advanced-node, high-speed designs.
