Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Manager of Grid Strategy and Analytics to partner with executives and lead a small team in delivering advanced analytics, dashboards and forecasting models for strategic initiatives. The role focuses on improving grid performance, safety and reliability while guiding organizational change across the Operations group.

The position requires a strong engineering or quantitative background, 7–10 years of delivery experience, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or quantitative field.
• 7-10 years of delivery experience in engineering or related fields.
• Proven leadership ability and coaching skills.
• Ability to build consensus, communicate effectively and drive culture change.
• Experience developing and implementing process improvements and efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Build operating model to move ComEd to analytics-driven operation using data visualization and analytics.
• Oversee short and long-term Smart Grid initiatives to meet reliability goals.
• Foster a high-performance culture and promote diversity; lead change initiatives.
• Develop business cases with costs, benefits, requirements and sourcing options.
• Position ComEd as a thought leader through standards, publications and industry engagement.
• Develop and implement complex grid data algorithms and analytics.
• Facilitate open communication and continuous improvement with staff.
