Job summary

Puget Sound Energy seeks a senior engineering leader to supervise the Grid Analytics & Technology Solutions team. You will guide planning tools, analytics models, and reliability-focused projects, while promoting a culture of safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and shaping strategic analysis to drive business goals. Responsibilities include budget planning, performance management, and developing robust solutions to complex grid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or other appropriate engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the Grid Analytics & Technology Solutions team and provides leadership to the staff.
• Promotes safety and ensures compliance with codes and design standards.
• Plans and develops project budgets with appropriate documentation.
• Reviews work of internal and external engineering staff and communicates solutions across teams.
• Leads a team focused on advancing electric system planning tools and analytics models.
