Job summary

Exelon seeks a Manager of Grid Strategy and Analytics to partner with business leaders to solve strategic problems using advanced data analytics. You will design and maintain dashboards, forecasts, and decision-support systems; lead a small team; oversee performance measurements for Smart Grid deployments from selection through implementation.

Lead initiatives to monetize analytics, develop business cases, and drive improvements in KPIs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or quantitative field.
7-10 years of delivery experience.
Knowledge of distribution and transmission engineering practices.
Proven leadership in a high performance culture.
Ability to build consensus and drive culture change.
Experience with process improvements and efficiencies.

Responsibilities

Build analytics-driven operating model and dashboards to solve strategic problems.
Oversee development of Smart Grid initiatives and performance goals.
Foster a high‑performing culture and promote diversity.
Lead initiatives to monetize analytics and develop business cases.
