Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is hiring a Delivery Merchandiser – Small Store Relief CDL. The role is a touch freight position responsible for delivering and rotating stock, merchandising shelves, and maintaining company standards at retail outlets.

You will work with the Sales Supervisor to build strong customer relationships, provide excellent service, and support leadership with timely feedback on opportunities and issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years old.
• Class A Commercial Driver’s License required.
• Must maintain DOT physical requirements.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, rotate, and merchandise product on shelf, displays and all cold equipment.
• Transports and unloads products to retail outlets.
• Merchandise shelves, racks, equipment, and displays to company standards.
• Establish positive relationships with customers and provide superior service.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor to execute the picture of success.
