Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser - Small Store Trainee CDL. This is a touch freight role focused on delivering and rotating stock, merchandising shelves, and maintaining displays to company standards.

You will work with the Sales Supervisor to deliver excellent customer service, build relationships, and promote product visibility. Candidates must have a Class A CDL, be at least 21, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Class A CDL required and must maintain DOT/compliance.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and rotate stock to retail locations.
• Merchandise shelves and displays to company standards.
• Coordinate with Sales Supervisor to ensure customer service excellence.
• Set up promotions and displays; communicate issues to management.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of equipment and products.
