Job summary

Bulletproof is seeking a Transportation Lead in the United States to manage all transportation channels, develop vendor relationships, and optimize cost and performance.

You will build freight forecasts with Supply Planning and Sales, monitor KPIs, drive process improvements, and coordinate with 3PLs and co-manufacturers to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years relevant experience in supply chain leadership.
• 5+ years managing complex supply chain operations.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related certification preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and analyze logistics data.
• Strong communication and change leadership skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with MRP, purchasing and distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive the freight forecast with Supply Planning and Sales teams.
• Work closely with freight vendors to manage transportation plans cost effectively.
• Participate in budgeting sessions with finance and track costs.
• Drive cross functional process improvements and anticipate interdependencies.
• Manage set-up of new lanes and modes of transportation for new customers.
• Monitor KPI’s: On-time delivery, freight mode compliance, and cost optimization.
• Lead weekly meetings with freight vendors to review metrics and priorities.
