Job summary
Seminole Gaming on the Tampa, FL casino floor seeks a Slot Supervisor to support Slot Department management across all operations. You will oversee slot floor staff, ensure guest service, and uphold gaming regulations.
This role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of supervisory experience in slot operations. You will coach staff, coordinate shift staffing, and promote a safe, guest-focused environment on a busy casino floor.
Qualifications
- Requires high school diploma or GED.
- Six months of supervisory or dual-rate experience in slot operations.
- Ability to lead a fast-paced team in a gaming environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
- Knowledge of a wide range of Slot Machines, Video Poker and Keno.
- Proficiency with PC-based software.
- Willing to work varied shifts.
Responsibilities
- Supervises slot machines operation and staff during shifts.
- Organizes shift staffing, assignments and break schedules.
- Ensures guest service and satisfaction in the assigned area.
- Coaches and counsels staff; assists in training.
- Responds to guest requests, service lights and management instructions.
- Monitors payouts and coordinates with maintenance for repairs.
- Promotes positive guest experience and interdepartmental cooperation.
- Maintains a safe, clean, hazard-free work environment.
- Observes for honest play and protects casino integrity.
- Adheres to policies and gaming regulations.
