Job summary

Grafton City Hospital is seeking a Polysomnographic Technologist to perform in-center and home sleep apnea testing, PSG studies, and related diagnostic procedures. The role includes scoring sleep stages, titrations, and providing patient education under supervision.

This position requires meticulous data collection and adherence to sleep lab protocols. Responsibilities include patient scheduling, pre-authorizations, taking patient histories, and ensuring accurate documentation in the EMR.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Sleep Lab, Sleep Clinic, or Sleep Center.
• Preferred: >2 years in a Sleep Lab, Sleep Clinic, and/or Sleep Center.

Responsibilities

• Assist with PSG testing, CPAP titrations, MSLT, and MWT studies.
• Score sleep/wake stages and clinical events per AASM standards.
• Provide patient education and safety as directed by the supervisor.
• Handle scheduling, intake, and documentation in EMR.
• Maintain equipment and participate in department quality assurance.
