Qualifications

• Completion of a sleep technology program associated with a state licensed and/or nationally accredited educational facility or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders including in-center and home sleep apnea testing.
• Oversee sleep center staff and supervise techs/trainees under credentialed technologist.
• Review patient history, verify orders, and follow center protocols to determine testing parameters and procedures.
• Perform data acquisition, scoring, and reporting of polysomnographic studies per AASM standards.
• Educate patients for home sleep apnea testing and ensure patient safety and data quality.
