Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health in New Jersey seeks a Polysomnographic Sleep Technologist to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders in both in-center and out-of-center settings. Under supervision, you will support the medical director, assist with sleep testing, and oversee staff as needed.

The role requires a Sleep Technologist credential, with licensure/certifications such as polysomnography, RST/RPSGT, and BLS.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 10 CECs in sleep medicine annually.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Suite).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders in center and out of center settings.
• Perform duties defined for a sleep technologist and provide oversight of sleep center staff.
• Educate patients on sleep disorders and treatment options.
