Job summary

Pegasus Support Services, LLC seeks a Site Supervisor to lead on-site logistics operations in California and across multiple sites. The role focuses on maintenance, supply, and transportation functions to ensure readiness and compliant contract execution.

The position requires five years of leadership in logistics or heavy equipment, a CDL Class A, and ability to obtain military gate access. On-call rotation and strict safety standards are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED; trade school cert preferred.
• Five (5) years leadership in logistics, maintenance, or warehouse ops.
• Knowledge of military logistics, heavy equipment maintenance, and safety regs.
• Experience with installed product software and data processing as it relates to equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day site operations and ensures contract compliance.
• Directs and coordinates work of staff; evaluates performance.
• Supervises maintenance, storage, and warehouse activities; inspects gear and procedures.
• Ensures readiness and conducts inspections, audits, and readiness evaluations.
• Mentors employees and resolves workplace issues.
