Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role managing O&M, logistics, or support contracts.
OSHA 30-Hour certification or equivalent safety training (required within 90 days).
CPR/First Aid certification preferred or required depending on task location.
Valid state driver’s license.
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Years of Experience can be substituted)

Responsibilities

Provide daily oversight and direct supervision of assigned personnel.
Serve as primary on-site representative of the PM/APM in their absence.
Ensure compliance with the contract’s technical and performance requirements.
Coordinate with government representatives and other stakeholders as needed.
Monitor employee attendance and performance and take corrective action as required.
Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Maintain records and prepare reports as directed by the Project Manager.
Participate in Quality Control (QC) inspections and respond to deficiencies.
Assist in training personnel on standard operating procedures and safety practices.
