Job summary

Z Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, seeks a Site Superintendent for ground-up multifamily modular projects in the Greater Phoenix area. The role reports to the General Superintendent - Site Construction and requires coordinating subcontractors, aligning with schedules, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in construction supervision, a related bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Procore, MS Office, scheduling tools, and CAD/CAM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate site activities, including subcontractors and municipal interfaces.
• Develop and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, and look-ahead requirements.
• Lead daily on-site meetings and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Monitor budgets and project progress; communicate with stakeholders.
