Job summary

Ironmark Building Co. is seeking a commercial/multifamily construction Superintendent for the Phoenix metro area. You will lead field activities on a major multifamily project, manage budget and schedule, and ensure safety and quality across all site operations.

Travel to project locations may be required as projects arise. The role requires 5+ years of superintendent experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office and construction management tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Superintendent experience in ground up, wood frame, commercial construction.
• Multi-family experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiar with MS Project and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field construction activities on a major multifamily project.
• Coordinate site activities and supervise field personnel.
• Maintain schedule, budget, and safety practices.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality and compliance.
• Prepare RFIs and change orders.
