Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Superintendent on residential construction projects.
• Proven track record delivering luxury residential or high-end renovations.
• Strong ability to read drawings and specifications and coordinate teams.

Responsibilities

• Take day to day responsibility for construction activity on site.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades and suppliers.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Oversee quality control and ensure high workmanship standards.
• Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate with the project team.
• Manage site safety and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Review drawings, specs and construction documentation.
• Identify issues early and work with the team to resolve them.
• Manage punch lists, inspections and project closeout.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects and design teams.
