Job summary

ReModern Builders LLC is seeking a Residential Construction Superintendent to lead high-end remodeling and custom renovation projects from Watertown, MA. The role may be filled at Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent level based on experience.

You will manage field activities, coordinate with subcontractors and clients, and keep sites safe, organized, and on schedule while maintaining quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction management or related trades, with residential experience preferred.
• Ability to read construction plans and project drawings.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, budgets, and schedules.
• Background checks and motor vehicle checks may be required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily job site activities for high-end remodeling and renovations.
• Collaborate with project managers on logistics, procurement, and planning.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites reflecting quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and material needs.
• Assist with change orders, take-offs, budgeting support, and documentation.
• Read plans and ensure projects follow specifications and timelines.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors and clients; enforce deadlines.
