Clayco is looking for a Senior Site Safety Supervisor in El Paso, Texas, to support safety and health standards across construction projects. The role involves conducting safety inspections, developing project safety programs, and facilitating mandatory training sessions. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Safety or a related field, at least 4 years of relevant experience, and OSHA certifications. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, or equivalent.
• 4-7 years of safety experience or combination of education and years of experience in building construction.
• 5+ years of field experience minimum.
• OSHA 30-hour construction accreditation.
• Ability to climb ladders and negotiate work areas under construction.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Staff and safety team to execute safety standards.
• Conduct weekly jobsite safety inspections.
• Facilitate training for site personnel.
• Investigate incidents and generate reports.
• Establish and conduct safety meetings with subcontractors.
