Job summary

Trivent Safety Consulting in Calvert, Alabama seeks an experienced Level 2 Site Safety Manager for a 3-month fixed-term project with a general contractor. Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 and OSHA 510 certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits
• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies
• Lead toolbox talks, safety orientations, and daily safety briefings
• Identify, document, and correct unsafe conditions and behaviors
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
• Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records
• Work closely with field supervision and project management teams
• Monitor subcontractor compliance and jobsite safety performance
• Support a culture of accountability and proactive hazard prevention
