Job summary

CCI Construction and Utility Services LLC in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Site Safety & Health Officer to lead safety programs on our construction projects. You will conduct inspections, training, safety meetings, and enforce OSHA requirements across sites, and manage documentation in RMS and Procore.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of federal construction safety experience (NAVFAC/USACE/Coast Guard), OSHA 30, and proficiency with Procore and RMS.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years federal construction experience with NAVFAC, USACE, or Coast Guard.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive construction industry experience supervising safety programs.
• OSHA 30 hour certification required.
• Procore and RMS experience.
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety and health programs through inspections, training and enforcement.
• Oversee subcontractor safety compliance and submittals.
• Investigate incidents and track corrective actions.
• Maintain OSHA 300 logs and safety documentation in RMS/Procore.
