Job summary

Trivent Safety Consulting in Boulder, CO seeks a Site Safety professional for a commercial construction project. You will oversee daily field safety operations, enforce OSHA compliance, and help create a proactive safety culture on the jobsite.

The role requires 5+ years in construction safety, OSHA 30 and OSHA 10, excellent communication and leadership, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This is a fixed-term W-2 assignment for 4+ months.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 Certification required.
• OSHA 10 Certification required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced construction environments.
• Strong understanding of OSHA standards and field safety practices.
• Good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety orientations, and daily safety briefings.
• Identify, document, and correct unsafe conditions and behaviors.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions; maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records.
• Work closely with field supervision and project management teams.
• Monitor subcontractor compliance and jobsite safety performance.
• Support a culture of accountability and proactive hazard prevention.
