Job summary

OHM Advisors is seeking a Site Design Project Engineer to lead civil design for diverse land development projects. You will work with Project Managers to shape scopes from concept to construction, delivering high-quality results for private-sector clients.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with consultants and regulatory authorities, and ensure plans meet codes and standards. A Michigan PE license and 5–10 years of site design experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Site Design, Civil Engineering, or Land Development.
• Michigan PE license is required.
• Experience with state agencies and/or DOT specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering design efforts for diverse land development projects.
• Oversee design team, QA/QC, and ensure project budgets and schedules.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
