Job summary

Creative Technology Group in Tennessee is seeking a Lead Shop Technician to oversee day-to-day QC of equipment and prepare gear for outbound shows in the warehouse. You will manage equipment maintenance, coordinate prep and organization, and ensure the department operates efficiently.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in warehouse settings, strong knowledge of R2, attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and the physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams.
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to multitask in a large facility.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QC of all CT equipment and gear.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff on processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop and inventory.
• Coordinate prep, packing, and shipping for shows.
• Record maintenance and report damaged equipment.
