Job summary

CTUS in Tennessee is seeking a Lead Shop Technician-Audio to oversee the day-to-day QC of CT owned equipment and prepare gear for outbound shows in our warehouse. You will train and mentor warehouse teams, coordinate equipment maintenance, and ensure the department runs efficiently and remains organized.

This full-time role requires lifting and moving gear in a 70,000+ square foot facility, and maintaining accurate records in inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of R2 systems or workflows.
• Experience leading warehouse teams or departments.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day QC of CT owned equipment.
• Prepare equipment for outbound shows in the warehouse.
• Train and mentor warehouse teams on workflows and QC procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop environment.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and inventory records.
• Handle shipping manifests, packing, labeling, and loading/unloading duties.
