Qualifications

• Must possess tools to perform the job; specialty tools will be provided by the company.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable cell phone.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Service Team with a focus on professionalism and profitability.
• Support revenue goals by improving workflow and assisting with estimates and approvals.
• Direct and support technicians in PMs, condition reports, and on-site repairs.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
• Oversee shop operations, including safety, cleanliness, and tool organization.
• Build and develop a strong service team through hiring support and training.
