Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a garage environment.
• Knowledge of trucks and equipment; mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Welding experience would be a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Own tools for automotive repair and diagnostics.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented with a team mindset.
• Willingness to learn, take directions, and ask questions.

Responsibilities

• Repair and refurbish fleet trucks and equipment for resale.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic work with accuracy and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and repair major and minor mechanical and electrical issues.
• Communicate parts needs, additional repairs, and approvals to management.
• Collaborate with Fabrication team to develop and fabricate truck bodies, dump beds, and other projects for outside customers.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization, quality, and timelines.
• Provide hands-on support in fabrication and general shop duties as needed.
