Job summary

Partner Equipment Sales in Hazleton, PA seeks an experienced Lead Shop Mechanic – Heavy truck and Equipment. You will repair and refurbish fleet trucks, perform mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic work, and collaborate with fabrication to build truck bodies for customers. A hands-on leader with welding/fabrication know-how is valued.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on experience in a garage environment.
Knowledge of trucks and equipment including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Repair and refurbish fleet trucks and equipment for resale with the team.
Perform mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic work accurately and efficiently.
Troubleshoot major and minor issues and communicate parts needs and approvals.
Collaborate with fabrication to develop truck bodies and outside projects.
Manage multiple tasks, maintain organization, and meet timelines.
Provide hands-on support in fabrication and shop duties as needed.
