Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish daily and weekly repair priorities.
• Monitor open work orders and address delays and bottlenecks.
• Ensure customer-approved work is completed within estimated timeframe.
• Coordinate with service writers on status, estimates, approvals, and timelines.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and organization.
