Mike's Outdoor Power Equipment is seeking a friendly and organized Parts & Front Counter Associate to join our team in Edmond, OK. You will assist customers, lookup and order parts, and support our service department.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, stocking parts, and coordinating service appointments. Prior parts or retail experience is helpful but not required; strong customer service is essential.

Qualificações

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills; able to learn parts lookup systems.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail.
• Retail or lawn equipment experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in person and over the phone with parts inquiries and purchases.
• Look up and order parts for lawn mowers and outdoor equipment.
• Process sales transactions and create customer invoices.
• Receive, stock, and organize parts inventory.
• Assist service technicians with parts requests.
• Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers regarding repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department.
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
