Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience repairing and maintaining commercial trucks, trailers, or heavy-duty fleet assets.
• Previous leadership experience as Lead Technician, Shop Foreman, or similar role preferred.
• Solid knowledge of diesel systems, maintenance best practices, and safety standards.
• Experience using fleet maintenance software, preferably Fleetio.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop mechanics and lube technicians.
• Coordinate daily shop activities and assign work based on priorities.
• Monitor repairs and parts availability to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, correctly, and documented in CMMS.
• Communicate status and issues to Fleet leadership and Operations.
