Job summary

Allstate Peterbilt Group in Clear Lake, IA is seeking a Shop Foreman to lead and mentor technicians in complex diagnostics, repairs, and daily shop operations. You will guide apprentices, ensure high-quality workmanship, and maintain safety standards on every vehicle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of advanced heavy truck/automotive repair experience.
• Proven leadership or team-lead experience is helpful.
• ASE Master Technician certification or OEM training required.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor apprentices on complex diagnostics and repairs.
• Lead on-the-floor operations and ensure high quality workmanship.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with service advisors and document repair steps.
