Ruby Tuesday in Pace, FL, is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the management team in daily restaurant operations, coach Team Members, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. You must present a professional image and help maximize sales and profitability while controlling expenses and maintaining sanitation and safety.

The role involves leading by example, reducing guest complaints, and supporting initiative rollouts and training.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Internal Candidates: High performing Team Member who has been certified in all hourly positions.
External Candidates: At least six months of shift leader or management experience.
Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

This position requires attendance as scheduled.
Lead and model CHARM and CARE to ensure excellent service.
Assist management with recruiting, training, developing, and communicating through consistent daily interactions with all Team Members.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, wage and hour regulations, and filing responsibilities.
Ensure all equipment is in good repair.
Manage processes including line checks, pull thaw, prep lists, food safety, etc.
Verify that all food is prepared to spec with regard to portion, preparation, and plate presentation.
Assist with execution of new initiatives including new product and menu rollouts.
