Ruby Tuesday in Niceville, FL is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the management team with day-to-day restaurant operations, including teaching, training, and leading Team Members to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

This role requires presenting a professional image, coaching and developing staff, and supervising 15–25 team members under the General Manager. You will model CHARM and CARE, recruit and train employees, and help control costs while maintaining safety and food quality.

Competenze

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Internal Candidates: High performing Team Member who has been certified in all hourly positions, with potential to advance to a management position.
• External Candidates: At least six months of shift leader or management experience.
• Basic computer skills required.

Mansioni

• Attendance as scheduled.
• Lead and model CHARM and CARE to guests.
• Assist management with recruiting, training, developing, and communicating with Team Members.
• Adhere to wage, hour regulations, and restaurant filing responsibilities.
• Ensure all equipment is in good repair.
• Manage line checks, pull thaw, prep lists, and food safety.
• Verify food is prepared to spec regarding portion, preparation, and plate presentation.
• Assist with execution of new initiatives including new product and menu rollouts.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
