Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Internal Candidates: High performing Team Member certified in all hourly positions, with potential to advance to a management position.
• External Candidates: At least six months of shift leader or management experience.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled shifts as required.
• Lead and model CHARM and CARE to deliver excellent guest service.
• Assist management with recruiting, training, developing, and communicating with Team Members.
• Adhere to company policies and wage/hour regulations.
• Ensure equipment is in good repair.
• Manage processes like line checks, thawing, prep lists, and food safety.
• Verify food is prepared to spec in portions, prep, and plate presentation.
• Assist with execution of new initiatives including product and menu rollouts.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
