Carrols is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator for Burger King in Ohio. You will lead team members on assigned shifts, ensure the guest experience is fast, friendly, and accurate, and maintain cleanliness and safety. This entry-level leadership role offers growth through hands-on coaching and proactive problem solving.

You will report to the Restaurant General Manager and work to drive smooth shift execution, effective communication, and strong teamwork in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced environments helps.

Responsibilities

• Lead Team Members during assigned shifts to ensure quality, speed, safety and cleanliness.
• Coach and motivate crew, provide real-time feedback, and maintain shift morale.
• Execute shift plan, uphold BK standards, direct workflow, and step in where needed.
• Follow cash control procedures, assist with inventory, and help receive truck orders.
