Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead and motivate team members during assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety. You’ll coach in the moment, solve problems quickly, and uphold BK standards under RGM/AM guidance.

Responsibilities include guiding the team for accurate, fast service; maintaining a positive, energetic shift environment; and supporting shift execution and inventory management.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or a fast-paced environment.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems during busy shifts.
• Commitment to great guest experiences and BK standards.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by giving feedback and supporting development.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan and directing workflow.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures and helping manage inventory.
