Job summary

McKenney's, Inc. seeks an experienced foreman to lead duct fabrication and installation for sheet metal projects. You will plan and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment, supervise crew activities, and ensure safety and quality standards across the job sites.

The role requires strong proficiency in reading blueprints, SMACNA guidelines, CAD/BIM tools, and effective communication with trades. Travel and long hours may be required to meet schedule goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years’ experience in sheet metal/ductwork OR completion of JATC apprenticeship with at least 2 years’ leadership/foreman experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Review project drawings and duct designs for fabrication and installation.
• Coordinate with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural trades to ensure proper sequencing.
• Plan manpower, material deliveries, and equipment needs for duct fabrication and installation.
• Inspect materials and workmanship for quality and compliance with SMACNA standards.
