Job summary

Eskola, LLC is seeking a seasoned Commercial Roofing Sheet Metal Foreman to lead on-site installation teams for commercial roofing projects in Louisiana. You will oversee sheet metal crew, coordinate with project managers, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule alignment.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of experience, strong blueprint reading, and the ability to work at heights. Eskola provides tools, benefits, and a path for growth within a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial roofing sheet metal installation.
Proficiency in fabricating, assembling, and installing architectural sheet metal systems.
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

Lead and perform the installation of sheet metal components on commercial roofing projects.
Supervise crew, assign daily tasks, and ensure safety and productivity.
Coordinate with Project Managers and contractors to align schedules.
Interpret drawings and specs to ensure accurate execution.
Maintain logs of work, attendance, material usage, and progress.
Enforce OSHA and safety policies on site.
