Job summary

Eskola, LLC is seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead a crew on commercial roofing projects in the Baton Rouge/Hammond area. This full-time, in-person role offers an hourly wage between $25 and $30 and requires OSHA-10, a valid license, and the ability to work at heights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience leading a roofing crew.
• OSHA-10 hour certification.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen as a condition of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a crew of roofers and laborers on-site.
