Job summary

You will oversee crews, coordinate materials and subcontractors, mentor Foremen, and serve as the main customer contact from kickoff to handover. OSHA-30 certification and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading Foreman and crews on commercial roofing projects.
• OSHA-30 hour certification.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field crews and visit job sites daily to ensure safety and quality installation.
• Coach and develop Foremen, conducting performance reviews and recommending advancement.
• Manage materials, equipment, and subcontractor coordination across active jobs.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers throughout the project.
