Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead sheet metal installation crews on job sites
- Plan, coordinate, and execute daily work activities
- Install flashing, coping, gutters, and downspouts
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure workmanship meets quality standards and safety regulations
- Train, mentor, and develop crew members
- Monitor materials, tools, and equipment usage on site
- Maintain accurate job documentation and progress updates
