Job summary

Next Frontier Capital seeks a seasoned leader with 3+ years hands-on experience in Power Apps and Power Automate, plus a proven track record in SharePoint Online migration. You will oversee complex migration projects, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative cloud-based solutions across SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Forms.

You will modernize collaboration platforms, optimize business processes, ensure security and compliance, and drive user adoption

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate and digital transformation.
• 4+ years of IT project management experience, including large-scale SharePoint migrations.
• Advanced proficiency in SharePoint Online, SharePoint on-premises, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Strong data migration governance, security, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SharePoint on-premise to SharePoint Online migrations with planning, execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and resource strategies to ensure timely migrations with minimal business disruption.
• Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to gather requirements and align migration initiatives with org objectives.
• Utilize Power Platform tools to automate workflows, digitize forms, and optimize post-migration processes.
• Oversee design, customization, and deployment of SharePoint Online sites and document libraries.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance throughout migration and in the new cloud environment.
• Drive user adoption and change management via training materials, workshops, and ongoing support.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and report metrics to senior leadership.
• Stay current with Microsoft 365 advancements and pursue automation opportunities.
