GE Aerospace is seeking a Lead Services Specialist 1 to manage aftermarket support commitments for the F414 Navy program from Evendale, OH. The D&S CSS services team supports the execution of Military Customer Returns and Services Contracts for MRO component repairs across all military platforms. The Services Specialist will have responsibility to Coordinating activities the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order. Heavy emphasis will be on Supplier relationships and Services contract novation and development.

This role is based in Evendale, Ohio within Services Project Management supporting aftermarket product support commitments for military customers. The position partners closely with services sourcing, procurement, legal, engineering, quality, repair/MRO operations, and suppliers to ensure strong supplier performance and compliant execution for the F414 Navy customer.
The Lead Services Specialist 1 will engage with suppliers to improve understanding, accountability, and execution of aftermarket product support commitments, including repair availability, on-time delivery, repair turnaround time (TAT), warranty, and reliability. This role builds and manages supplier relationships, supports negotiations and long-term repair support contracting, and represents the voice of the customer in supplier interactions. The role also collects and analyzes supplier performance data, leads recovery actions when delivery or performance is at risk, and ensures adherence to applicable military customer requirements and regulatory frameworks.
