Innova Solutions is seeking a Lead ServiceNow Developer for a 12-month contract in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on IRM module design, development, and implementation.

You will act as the technical authority, oversee upgrades, integrations, and security, and collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Technology stakeholders to translate control requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions. This role requires CSA and CAD certifications, strong scripting skills, and experience in regulated

Qualifications

• Hands on Experience in ServiceNow development and engineering experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Module (IRM).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes).
• Experience designing workflows, flows, integrations (REST/SOAP), and notifications.
• Proven experience working in large, complex, regulated enterprise environments.
• Understanding of technology controls, operational risk, audit, and compliance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow IRM modules, including Risk, Issues, Audit, and Policy & Compliance.
• Act as the technical authority for ServiceNow IRM solutions across the Technology Controls organization.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Technology stakeholders to translate control requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide oversight on platform architecture, integrations, and data models to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and developers; perform code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Manage ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and enhancements with minimal business disruption.
• Ensure proper configuration, customization, and workflow automation while minimizing technical debt.
• Support regulatory exams, internal audits, and risk assessments by providing ServiceNow reporting and data insights.
• Enforce security, access controls, and SDLC governance requirements.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and platform teams across Client.

The ideal candidate will have:

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $65 - $70 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
