Innova Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst for a 12-month contract focused on Banking, Accounting, & Finance. The role is a hybrid position located in Charlotte, NC and Irving, TX, with a W-2 engagement.

The ideal candidate will bring ServiceNow expertise, Agile experience, Jira proficiency, and exposure to risk/compliance domains, for a regulated enterprise environment.

Job Description

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a ServiceNow Business Analyst.

Position type: Full-time, Contract (W2)

Duration: 12 Months Contract w/ extension

Location: Charlotte, NC / Irving, TX (Hybrid)

As a ServiceNow BA, you will:

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between Technology Controls stakeholders and ServiceNow engineering teams
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Create and manage Jira user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
• Participate in agile ceremonies including backlog refinement and sprint planning
• Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage
• Assist with release planning and deployment readiness
• Maintain documentation including process flows, use cases, and traceability matrices

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $48-52 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
