Job summary

Alldus is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SME & Lead Developer in the United States to join a growing government/defense–focused team. You will be hands-on, cross-modular, and act as SME for ServiceNow across multiple modules and custom apps.

You will collaborate with the development team and architect, gather requirements, design solutions, and drive end-to-end implementations, including integrations (REST/SOAP) and platform modernization.

Qualifications

• Strong ServiceNow technical development background.
• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Strong with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).

Responsibilities

• Collaborating closely with a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team & the ServiceNow Architect.
• Utilize your knowledge & work on projects broadly across multiple modules across the platform, as well as custom app solutions.
• Assist in gathering requirements and designing ServiceNow solutions for stakeholders while focusing mainly on hands-on technical work.
• Work on implementations from start to finish, as well as integrations & modernizing the existing platform.
• Be hands-on technically, working to ServiceNow best practices for out-of-the-box solutions, as well as with custom solutions/apps as needed for specific requirements.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SME & Lead Developer to join an expansion of the ServiceNow team. We are mostly looking for someone to be cross-modular, with a very strong hands-on development background to be the SME for ServiceNow within Government/Defense projects.
