Job summary

Accenture seeks a seasoned ServiceNow Architect in Seattle to drive development and technical governance for Fortune 500 clients. You will lead teams of ServiceNow developers, mentor junior staff, and shape transformation programs across enterprise platforms with a focus on governance and scalable solutions.

Role requires 8+ years in ServiceNow, strong scripting and Agile experience, and certifications. Travel may be 0–100% based on client needs; competitive benefits are provided by Accenture.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture capacity.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience directly driving IT transformation & strategy planning.
Minimum of 4 years’ leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager and mentor.
Minimum of 4 years' experience implementing & enforcing standards, such as: code reviews & architectural reviews.
Minimum of 6 years' experience with advanced scripting skills – JavaScript, SQL
Minimum of 6 years' experience with Agile methodologies like SCRUM, Kanban & Wagile.
At least three ServiceNow certifications- System Admin, Application Developer and ITSM preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or minimum 6 years' work experience with an associate degree

Responsibilities

Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
Technical Architects can expect to manage and lead teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical management and mentorship capacity.
You are process oriented and prefer order over chaos.
You are comfortable asking for help from peers and Subject Matter Experts when needed.
Strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies
Influence and consult with sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems
